‘노리’는 아빠, ‘드래곤 라이더’처럼 롤러코스터 레일 위를 잘 타고 싶은 <노리파크>의 평범한 아이이다.
하지만, 노리에겐 치명적인 약점이 있었으니…, 그것은 바로 고소공포증.
한편, 이 곳의 나쁜 악당 ‘베가스’는 최첨단 디지털 공원 <메가랜드>를 세워 기존의 낡은 <노리파크>를 무너뜨릴 계획을 세운다.
과연, 아이는 두 바퀴 번쩍 들고 일어나 아빠와 친구들의 놀이터인 이 곳 롤러코스터들의 세상을 베가스로부터 지켜낼 수 있을 것인가?
